Dr Alexander Van de Putte

An expert in global risk management, scenario planning and country economic modelling, Professor Van de Putte is managing director of the Sustainable Foresight Institute and a member of the World Economic Forum leadership team. He holds PhDs from the Universities of Cambridge, London and the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations. 

Gayle Allard

A specialist in economics and country macro-analysis, Professor Allard has been a research economist at The Economist Intelligence Unit and investment bank JP Morgan. She is the former president of the Africa Club at IE Business School. Among her professional pursuits is the creation of interactive tools and games for learning. 

Gideon Rachman

Gideon became chief foreign affairs columnist for the Financial Times in 2006. He joined the FT after a 15-year career at The Economist, which included spells as a foreign correspondent in Brussels, Washington and Bangkok. His particular interests include American foreign policy, the European Union and globalisation.
